Mom Nom Pro is offered with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Mom Nom Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Free Trial

Every new Mom Nom Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and no payment is taken.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund, or
• Email us at me@stephenim.com with your order details and we will help you through Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from the Subscription page in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will keep Pro access until then.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a bank chargeback — we are able to resolve almost every issue directly.
